It is stated in the application that while filing the delay and restoration application, due to an inadvertent typographical error, the name of the R.No. 4 (The Collector, Nagpur) came to be omitted and in its place the name of R.No. 5 (Special Land Acquisition Officer, Pench Prakalpa, Nagpur) came to be mentioned as R.No. 4. Thus, the petitioners pray for rectifying the cause title.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
