No.2(d)(1) - Annapurna Wd/o Ramdas Telpatil from the array of the respondents. It is stated in the application that above respondent is expired and LRs of her are already on record as R.No.2(d)(2). Hence, the petitioner prays for deletion of aforesaid respondent from the array of respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to delete the name of aforesaid respondent from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioner.
