The present application is filed by the applicant for condonation of delay of six days in filing the Family Court Appeal. 2.

The reasons stated by the applicant for the aforesaid delay of six days are mentioned in paragraph 3, they are because of illness, he could not contact his Advocate and therefore there is a delay of six days in filing the Family Court Appeal. To substantiate the delay of six days SKNair

912-cao-1033-25.odt in filing the Family Court Appeal, the appellant has placed on record the medical certificate which is at page 6 (Annexure-1). 3.

In view of the fact that aforesaid delay of six days is caused because of the medical reasons, which is substantiated by the applicant by filing on record the medical certificate. So also ,there is a delay of six days, which is not inordinate delay, therefore, the aforesaid application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the civil application is allowed. 4.

The delay of six days in filing the Family Court Appeal is hereby condoned.

Registry is directed to register the Family Court Appeal. 6.

After registering the Appeal, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 29th September, 2025.
