The present application has been filed by the applicant for condonation of 9 days delay in filing the present Family Court appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, we are of the opinion that the applicant has made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay of 9 days in filing the present Family Court appeal. Hence, the application is allowed. The delay of 9 days in filing the present Family Court appeal is condoned. The Family Court appeal be registered.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of.
