NO. 441/2008(D) CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 18/09/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.Nos. 6 and 9 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address.

Further, it is stated that the address mentioned in the cause title is the last known address of the aforesaid respondents.

Thus, the applicants want to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Nav-Bharat' in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

Two weeks time is granted to take steps for deceased R.No. 10 and to file civil application for correct and detailed address of R.Nos. 2 to 5.
