2(a to d) by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Lokmat Daily' Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

C.A.O. NO. 1071/2025 The civil application is filed for serving the R.No. 2(b) through paper publication. Since, for the same purpose C.A.O. No. 1070/2025 is filed, the C.A.O.

No. 1071/2025 is treated to be infructuous, hence it be filed with record.
