DATE : 05.02.2026 By this application, the applicants seek extension of time and permission to deposit Demand Draft of the amount of compensation in accordance with order dated 18.02.2025.

Learned counsel for applicants submits that although the appellant was granted time to deposit the amount, however, on account of the procedure of obtaining approvals and permissions from the competent authority, the amount was not deposited in time. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3, does not oppose the application.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, at this stage, the application is allowed. The appellant is permitted to deposit the amount within three days.
