As per application, applicant died on 25.07.2025. The copy of death certificate is enclosed with application. the Hence, the applicant pray for bringing legal heirs of deceased appellant on record.

It is seen that the appellant has expired on 25.07.2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 16.09.2025 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicant to bring the legal heirs of the appellant on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
