It is stated in the application that due to bonafide mistake and inadvertence, the name of respondents Shri Anand S/o Kishorilal Gupta and Shri Sanjay s/o Kishorilal Gupta were not included in the array of respondents. Thus, the petitioners seek permission to correct the description of the respondents.

The application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit.

The same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the matter.
