It is stated in the application that while filing the said application, the address of the petitioners as well as the respondents came to be omitted. Thus, the petitioners seek permission to rectify the cause title.
The application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit.
The same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the matter.
Pursis St. No. : 01/2025 Dated : 26/09/2025 This matter is under office objection on limitation in filing review application stating that an application for condonation of delay is required as there is a delay of 678 days. The petitioner is seeking review of the order dated 08/08/2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 4951/2023.

In the pursis, it is stated that application for condonation of delay is not required in view of order dated 04/04/2018 in C.A.O. No. 44/2018 in M.C.A.St. No. 17327/2017 in W.P. No.
4974/2014 and order dated 22/11/2019 in CAO No. 1179/2019 and M.C.A. St. No. 9250/2019 in W.P.
No. 470/2018 (D) passed by the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench.
In the aforesaid two orders, the Hon'ble High Court has held that application for condonation of delay in filing review application for review of order passed in writ petition is not required.
Thus, in view of the aforesaid orders of the Hon'ble Court, the objection raised by the office for filing application for condonation of delay in filing review application is waived.
