It is stated in the application that the name of the President R.No. 1-Shri Dinesh P. Bhore is dead. Further, it is stated that the R.No. 1 being body corporate mentioning personal name of the President is not necessary and society can be served through any officiating President. Hence, the applicant prays to make correction of the name of R.No. 1 as -Shivshakti Shikshan Sanstha Kotha (Veni) through its President.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to R.No. 1, returnable by five weeks.
