As per application, the notice could not be served to Respondent No.1 for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that appellant is providing correct address of Respondent No.1. Thus, the appellant want to do necessary amendment in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to Respondent No.1, returnable within four weeks.
