For the reasons stated, the application is allowed. Delay of three days in filing MCA St. No.20261/2025 for restoration is allowed. Civil Application is disposed of.

MCA/ST/20261/2025 Heard Shri S. D. Chande, learned counsel for the applicant. 2.

For the reasons stated, the application for restoration of Writ Petition No.2008/2021 is allowed. Writ Petition No.2008/2021 is restored to the file of this Court. However, the fact remains that inspite of the last chance granted by this Court to remove office objections within a period of three weeks from the date of order i.e. 16/07/2025, the petitioner has not removed office objections and hence the

2 123-CAO-1178-25.odt aforesaid Writ Petition was dismissed without further reference to the Court.

In view of the above, the aforesaid order of restoring the writ petition is subject to the condition of payment of costs of Rs.1000/- in the 'Public Welfare Account' bearing No.129712010001014, IFSC Code UBIN0812978, Union Bank of India, Branch High Court, Civil Lines, Nagpur within a period of one week from today and removing office objections within a period of two weeks from today. Receipt of payment shall be filed accordingly.

If the aforesaid costs is not deposited by the learned counsel for the petitioner as aforesaid, the order of dismissal of the writ petition shall be restored without further reference to Court. Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.
