The applicants have filed the present application seeking extension of time of six months as per mandate of Section 29(A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicants that the evidence is concluded and the matter before the Arbitrator is fixed for final hearing on 08.11.2025. He further contends that the period which was extended earlier expired on 12.10.2025 and, therefore, the present application is preferred by the applicants.

Ms. Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 supports the contentions made in the application by the applicants for seeking extension of time of six months for passing arbitral award.

Time as sought for passing the arbitral award is further extended by six months.

The parties are directed to cooperate with the Arbitrator.

In the wake of the said observations, the application stands disposed off.
