As per application, Respondent-sole could not be served for want of correct address. It is further stated that the address of respondent-sole given in Petition No. Cr.M.A. 20/2023 pending before Family Court, Nagpur is similar to the address provided in the present matter. Hence, the appellant wants to reissue the notice to respondent-sole on the same address.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Office to reissue notice to Respondent-sole on the same address, returnable by four weeks.
