By these civil applications, the applicants seek condonation of delay caused in filing review application as well as review of the judgment and order dated 20.08.2025 passed in Second Appeal No. 239/2016 on the ground that some documents were suppressed by the nonapplicants and the applicants recently came to know about those documents which go to the root of the matter. 3.

Issue notice to the non-applicants on both the civil applications, returnable within two weeks.
