The present Application is filed by the Respondent for grant of permission for issuance of direction to furnish the correct and detailed address of the Appellant on oath.

(2) In fact, the Appeal is filed and the Appellant is pursuing the Appeal. There is no question in this matter of any service to the Appellant and the allegation of avoiding such service. (3) As such, the Application, being devoid of merits, is hereby dismissed.

CIVIL APPLICATION (O) NO. 1219/2025 (4) The present Application is filed by the Respondent for issuance of direction to the Appellant to handover custody of the minor girl child to the Respondent - Mother immediately.

(6) Learned Counsel for the Respondent also conceded to the above statement made by learned Counsel for the Appellant. (7) In view thereof, the Application is hereby rejected. The Respondent is at liberty to move Application before the appropriate Court at Secunderabad.
