There is a delay of 67 days in filing the appeal. The contention is that the appellant was unable to file appeal due to financial constrains hence, he approached the Legal Services for providing legal aid and thereafter a counsel was appointed to file the appeal.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the fact that no prejudice will be caused to the respondent, the delay in filing the appeal is hereby condoned.
