The applicant has filed the present application seeking extension of time by 1 year from 29/10/2025, as per mandate of Section 29(A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that the evidence is concluded and the matter before the Arbitrator was fixed for final hearing on 08.11.2025. He further contends that the period which was extended earlier expired on 28.10.2025 and, therefore, the present application is preferred by the applicant.

Shri M. R. Joharapurkar, learned counsel for the respondents supports the contentions made in the application by the applicant for seeking extension of time by 1 year from 29/10/2025 for passing arbitral award.

Time as sought for passing the arbitral award is further extended by 1 year from 29/10/2025. 4.
The parties are directed to cooperate with the Arbitrator.

In the wake of the said observations, the application stands disposed off.
