1248/2025 for serving R. No. 11 and 12 by paper publication dated 22/08/2025. Since, the staff has failed to replace the aforesaid civil application in the matter, the order dated 09/10/2025 regarding dismissal against R.Nos. 11 and 12 came to be passed, which now needs to be recalled.

Hence, the order dated 09/10/2025 is recalled regarding dismissal against R.Nos. 11 and 12.

The concerned staff members are hereby directed to be careful in future while placing the matter before the undersigned with put up note.

23863/2018 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.Nos. 11 and 12 by way of paper publication. As per application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address.

Thus, the applicant wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Lokmat (Marathi)' Maharashtra in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
