No. 7 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that R.No. 7 could not be served for want of correct address. It is further stated that the aforesaid respondent is trying to avoid the service. Thus, the appellant wants to serve R.No. 7 by paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'South India Times Karnataka' in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
