Though learned AGP opposes the application, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. However, as no due diligence is shown, it is subject to costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) to be deposited with the High Court Bar Library within a period of two weeks. 2.
