Having considered the submission, we are of opinion that the matter can be referred for mediation.

Hence, Ms Chitra Chauhan, learned counsel is appointed as Mediator to mediate this case.

Parties shall appear before the learned Mediator on 23.12.2025 at 02:00 pm at Mediation Centre.

The learned Mediator shall file its report within three weeks thereafter.

The learned Mediator shall consider request of the appellant for appearance through video conferencing (VC). 7.

Meanwhile, the respondent shall not insist for execution of Wagh direction of return of Shtridhan.
