02.12.2025 This application is taken out for grant of permission to serve respondent sole by R.P.A.D / Speed Post. It is stated in the application that the Counsel for the appellant has given copy of appeal memo to the Section but till today the respondent is not served. The appllant further states that he wants to serve the respondent by speed post or by other mode of service as he is apprehending that the respondent may remarry and the whole purpose of filing the present appeal will be frustrated. In order to expedite the matter, the applicant wants to serve the respondent by RPAD/ Speed Post.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in the interest of justice. The appellant is permitted to serve respondent sole by R.P.A.D. / Speed Post through Court, on the given address, returnable within four weeks after issuance of notice.

The appellant to furnish necessary R.P.A.D / Speed Post postage.
