No.2 & 4 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon R.Nos. 2 & 4 by publishing a notice in widely circulated daily local Marathi newspaper namely "Punya Nagri"

in District Amravati in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
