This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an application for restoration of the first appeal, of which registration was refused for failure to remove office objections.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the office objections were removed except the objection about the deposit of court fees. It is submitted that on account of financial problems of the applicant, the delay occurred in filing the application for restoration of first appeal. 3.
It is submitted that the applicant/appellant now desires to prosecute the appeal on merits and is seeking restoration of the first appeal.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the delay of 330 days in filing
2 45-CAO-1336-2025.odt an application for restoration is condoned subject to cost of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only), to be paid to The Vidarbha Lady Lawyers Association (VLLA), within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of above, the civil application is allowed and disposed of.

This is an application for restoration of first appeal, of which registration was refused for failure to remove office objections by an Order dated 23.07.2024. 7.
The applicant/appellant is now ready to remove the office objections, by paying the court fees, so that the appeal can be contested on merits.

In view of above, the application is allowed subject to removal of office objections within a period of two weeks from today. After objections removed, the appeal be restored. Accordingly, the civil application is disposed of.
