No. 1341/2025 in C.A.F No. 287/2025 in First Appeal St. No.1071/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 16.12.2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent Nos.4,6&7 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address. Further, it is stated in the application that the applicant tried to ascertain another address of aforesaid respondents , however, no address other than address mentioned in the cause tiltle known to the applicant. Thus, the applicant wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.
Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Punyanagri' (Marathi), Akola edition & in 'Navrashtra'
(Marathi), Mumbai edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
