Vide order dated 06.02.2026, permission was granted to serve the respondent with the notice of this application before the Family Court, Nagpur.

Today, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the service could not be effected on the respondent. He, therefore, prays for an identical direction.

In that view of the matter, permission is granted to serve the respondent with the notice of the application in the Family Court, Nagpur. In addition to this service, notice be served by all modes permissible in law, including the regular mode of service.
