By this application, the cross-objectors are seeking the condonation of 4742 days in filing the cross-objection. 2.

It is stated by the present cross-objector that he recently received the information through his relatives that they have preferred appeal for enhancement of compensation before this court and this court has enhanced the compensation towards the orange trees. Hence, for seeking the same enhancement in the present appeal, he has moved the present cross-objection.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed, subject to condition that cross-objectors will not claim any interest on the enhanced amount for the period of 4742 days caused in filing the cross-objection.
