No. 1371/2025 in Public Interest Litigation No.25/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 09.01.2026 The application of applicant is taken out for permission to correct the address of Respondent No. 7. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to Respondent No.7 received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that applicant is providing correct address of aforesaid respondent. Thus, the applicant want to make necessary amendment in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.
