Civil Revision Application No.80 of 2019 came to be dismissed on account of absence of the learned advocate representing the revision petitioner. Before the dismissal of the Revision, the learned advocate for the revision petitioner had left for his heavenly abode. The order dismissing the Revision is passed being unaware of this fact. The delay caused in filing restoration application, therefore, deserves to be condoned. Civil Application is allowed.

For the same reason, Misc. Civil Application St. No.16939 of 2019 is allowed. Civil Revision Application No.80 of 2019 is restored to file.
