It is pointed out by the applicant that the petitioner has already preferred the application for restoration of writ petition vide Misc. Application St. No.14555/2024 and 14556/2024 and both the applications were rejected for not removing the office objection within time.

The applicant in the present application has specifically pointed out that there was earlier counsel appearing in the matter who has not taken proper steps and, therefore, both the applicants were rejected, so also has given the detailed reasons for the delay of 120 days as well as for restoration of earlier application for condonation of delay and restoration application.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the applications, both the application stand allowed, subject to deposit of cost of Rs.3,000/- to be deposited with the Uccha Nyayalay Chaturth Shreni Karmachari Sangh, Nagpur.

Heard.

Issue notice to respondent no.2, returnable after four weeks.
