It is stated in the application that the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address. Further, it is stated in the application that the applicant knows only address mentioned in the cause title of Respondent No.5. Thus, the applicant wants to serve Respondent No.5 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon Respondent No.5 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'News Hub' (Marathi) in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
