The public spirited persons have approached this Court in the matter of inaction on the part of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in completion of the project on NH-357-J Nagpur-Katol Section.

It appears that since last couple of years, the project is not taken to its logical end.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 23/04/2025. 5.

By way of ad-interim order, we direct the respondent No.2 to forthwith take steps in the matter of not only installing radium boards but also in the matter of maintaining the diversion boards. Compliance report in that regard be submitted by the next date.
