Mr. Dhatrak, learned counsel for petitioners has pointed out the photographs showing current status of construction of four lane road from Nagpur to Katol. According to him, there are multiple problems which the people are facing while travelling on the said road because of non performance of duties by the officers of respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 2, Mr. Kathane, submits that he will require time to file affidavit in this regard. Belkhede, PS

We are of the opinion that before respondent No. 2 files an affidavit about present status of construction of that road, to appoint a Three Men Committee headed by Mr. Ashwin Deshpande, and Mr. Aradhya Pande, Advocate and Mr. Prasad Bawankule, Advocate, who will verify the status of construction and the problems, if any, as alleged in the affidavit and submit the report by 22.12.2025. It is expected that respondent No. 2 shall submit affidavit in respect of such report by 23.12.2025.

Place this matter on 23.12.2025.

The expenses of visit of Three Men Committee shall be borne by respondent No.2. It is expected that if convenient and possible learned counsel for respondent No. 2 shall accompany the Three Men Committee.
