As far as the show cause notice issued to Shri Chandrakant Sinha, considering his explanation by way of affidavit dated 23/02/2026, we do not wish to proceed against him. However, it is made clear that any incorrect statement if made hereinafter in any affidavit, will attract action not only under disciplinary Rules but even as contempt.
