The learned Government Pleader Mr. D.V. Chauhan assisted by Mr. N.R. Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that the Cyber Cell Authorities have already taken action in the matter before the notices were issued in the public interest litigation and the online sale of any banned food items in the State of Maharashtra is already discontinued and the respondent Nos.1 to 4 are looking into the matter and, if so required, shall register an offence against the respondent Nos.5 to 7. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement, which is coming from the Government Pleader, who is an authority for respondent Nos.1 to 4, the grievance raised in the public interest litigation stood redressed.

The public interest litigation accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
