DATE : 17.03.2025 PER COURT :- The Petitioner is questioning the propriety of undertaking the work to construct a flyover/ over-bridge over the railway track, on the basis of a communication from respondent Nos. 1 and 2 (Railways) dated 25.07.2024 suggesting that in the light of possibility of project for a double-line being undertaken at about 2 to 3 kms., away from the existing track, the construction of road over-bridge may not be necessary for the time being.

Issue notice to the respondents for final disposal, returnable on 15.04.2025.
