This petition is styled as Public Interest Litigation and the allegation is that there are certain individuals who have encroached upon riverbed by erecting structures such as shops, etc. 2.

We find that none of the said persons who have allegedly encroached upon the riverbed have been made parties in the present petition.

On a query put to the learned counsel for the petitioner in this regard, he seeks short adjournment to take instructions in the matter. 4.
