1] The learned counsel for the respondent no. 14 in EP No.07/2025 has placed on record an application seeking setting aside the order dated 18.06.2025 to the extent of respondent no.14. The said application is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-18.

2] The learned counsel for the petitioner in EP No. 07/2025 to file reply to the Exhibit-18.

3] This Court, by order dated 16th July, 2025, has already passed an order, granting last opportunity to the respondent no.1 in EP No.7/2025 and respondent no.2 in EP No.10/2025 to file written statement. However, the learned counsel for respondent no.1 in EP No.7/2025 has filed an application seeking time to file written statements.

The said application is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-17, so also, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 in EP No.10/2025 has also filed an application, seeking time to file written statement. The said application is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-16. The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 in EP No.7/2025 and respondent no. 2 in EP No.10/2025 submit that he is ready to pay cost of Rs.5,000/- each to the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad. Cost imposed to the above extent.

4] Considering the submissions of respondent no.1 in EP No.7/2025 and respondent no.2 in EP No.10/2025, one week time is granted to them to file written statements. The respondent no.1 in EP No.7/2025 and respondent no.2 in EP No.10/2025 are put to notice that no further request for adjournment would be entertained. This Court would be constrained to pass all consequential orders in absence of written statement of the respondent no.1 in EP No.7/2025 and respondent no.2 in EP No.10/2025.

5] Applications at Exh.16 and Exh.17 are disposed of accordingly.

6] List this matter on 14.08.2025 at 2.30 p.m.
