In Civil Application No.155 of 2025 (Exhibit-18), Mr. Yawalkar, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed Say to the application filed by respondent no.14. The same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-20.

Heard. Civil Application No.155 of 2025 filed by respondent no.14 bearing Exhibit-18 , as the reasons appears to be sufficient is allowed in the interest of justice, ex parte order dated 18.06.2025 is set aside.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.14 has placed 2 application on record. The first application being for removal of the EVM from the strong room and the same is marked as Exhibit-21. So also, the second application being for deleting

3 192 himself as respondent as in the Election Petition. The same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-22.

List both these applications for hearing / for reply, on 24.09.2025.
