The learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed a pursis stating that he has informed respondent No.13 by e-mail about the pending petition and further that the Advocate representing respondent No.13 has now been elevated as a Judge of this Court. The pursis is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-25. He also submits that the learned Counsel appearing for the Chief Election Commissioner is in personal difficulty and, therefore, seeks time.

The learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.3 has filed an application seeking setting aside of the "no written statement" order dated 18/06/2025. The learned Counsel for the election petitioner has no objection to the said application. The application is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-26.
