Today, the learned Advocate for the Respondent No.1 has filed an Ethape

( 2 ) 975-EP-3-2025 application seeking an adjournment on the ground that one matter is fixed before the Division Bench at 02:30 p.m. where he is required to address the Court. The same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit18. 3.

The application is orally objected by the learned Advocate for the petitioner stating that, on last three occasions, difficulties of different Advocates/Senior Advocate were expressed to adjourn the matter. Application under Order VII Rule 11 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, itself is filed after the order directing the parties to submit draft issues on 20th June 2025.

Today, the learned Advocate for the Respondent is not in a position to address this Court due to his personal difficulty. The adjournment is granted. Place the matter on board dated 12th November 2025 at 02:30 p.m. by way of last chance.
