The learned Counsel for the respondents-land owners states that while dictating the order dated 04.07.2025 this Court has passed the order thereby permitting the land owners to amend the Execution Petition in view of the fact that the learned Executing Court was not entertaining the application in view of stay to the execution proceedings granted by this Court. However, the same is not reflected in the order dated 04.07.2025.

In view of the above, the following paragraphs be added after paragraph no.2 onwards in the order dated 04.07.2025 :- "3.
The learned Counsel for respondent-land owners states that in view of stay to the execution proceedings granted by this Court, the learned Executing Court is not entertaining the application for amendment of Execution Petition. 4.
Learned Executing Court is directed to accept the application for amendment of Execution Petition and decide the same on merits in accordance with law.
5.
The interim order will not be an impediment for decision of the application for amendment."
