1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in identically placed lands in the same village, the Arbitrator granted compensation at the rate of Rs.1050 per square meter and the Arbitrator has granted compensation to the petitioner at the rate of Rs.166.5 square meters and the considering the said fact, the award passed by the Arbitrator ought to have set aside and remanded back for fresh adjudication.

2] Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 22.12.2025. Mr.U.B.Bondar, learned counsel waives notice for respondent no.1.
