that the applicants shall give an undertaking to that court that in the event any adverse orders are passed against them and / or in the present proceedings, they would refund the amounts.

Till the next date, further execution shall remain stayed, subject to the deposit of the balance amount in this court within a period of six (06) weeks from today.
