COURT RECEIVER'S REPORT NO. 12 of 2025 1.

The Court Receiver's representative states that nothing survives in Court Receiver's Report no. 12 of 2025 and the same may be disposed of. Ms. Pratibha Shelke, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of Respondent nos. 1A(a) to 1A(c), also agrees with the Court Receiver. Considering this, Court Receiver's Report no. 12 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly. COURT RECEIVER'S REPORT NO. 20 OF 2023 2.

Despite repeated orders passed in this matter from time to time, parties have not been able to finalize the list of tenants/occupants. As a result, the order dated 14th December 2024 has till date has yet not been complied with. Mr. Yash Tiwari, learned Counsel who appears on behalf the Appellants, states that he has only recently been appointed on behalf of all the Appellants and that earlier, he was only appearing for some of them. He therefore, seeks one last opportunity to put the house in order. 3.

Considering the above, stand over to 4th May 2026. 4.

It is made clear that if earlier orders are not complied with before the next occasion, this Court would be constrained to take up the

reliefs sought in the Court Receiver's Report, which seeks discharge of the Court Receiver.
