Heard the learned Counsel for the Appellant.

Perused the Report of the Court Receiver.

The Appellant desires to carry out certain repairs in the suit shop so as to make it habitable and give it on Leave and Licence basis. The Appellant is ready to incur the expenses for the repairs. 4.

Since the Appellant herself has surrendered the suit shop, the Court considers it appropriate to direct the Court Receiver to deliver the possession of the suit shop to the Appellant for purpose of carrying out the repairs within a period of two months.

The Appellant is permitted to remove the articles belonging to her from the said shop.

Court Receiver's Report No. 19 of 2025 is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d).

Report disposed.
