Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicants and the Court Receiver. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants, on instructions, submits that the Applicants would file an undertaking to the effect that iron almirah (cupboard) on which the paper seal has been pasted by the Court Receiver would be properly secured by the Applicants.

Let the Court Receiver put a proper lakh/metal seal on the said iron almirah in the presence of the original Applicant No.2. 4.

The Applicants shall file an undertaking with the Registry of this Court SSP 1/2

29 crr 21 of 2025.doc within a period of one week that they will properly secure the iron almirah and the contents thereof, and it would be kept in the same condition as sealed by the Court Receiver.

Court Receiver's Report stands disposed.
