The Interim Application is taken out seeking restoration of Writ Petition (Stamp) No.15646 of 2024, which has been dismissed for nonprosecution pursuant to the Order dated 16th August 2024 read with the Order dated 2nd September 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I).

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B) and (C). Arjun 1 of

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is restored to the ile of this Court, on the condition that the Applicant removes oice objections within a period of 8 weeks from today.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
